We are regulars. The servers are always great. Tonight Mandy was our server. Great job! My daughter lost a tooth at the table and was upset about it. Mandy brought her ice cream and $ 5! Kudos to you for being so kind! I am a restaurant GM and I would love to have a staff full of Mandy’s working for me!

The manager was very rude here(bald head and glasses) and was condescending to us when we wanted our steaks cooked well done. We had asked them for well done and when the arrived at the table they were rare. The cheese fries were dry and looked the like fryer oil was old and needed changing. The bread was hard and cold. The only thing that was good was the margarita I had, other than that everything else belonged in the trash(We didn’t eat it). This place USED to be good but I am not going back unless they change managers/owners. Very disappointing and I’ll be going to CJ’s and River Road Tavern instead and I’d rather support local than a chain with bad service and bad food.

Went here for my first time with my grandmother and family. Right away employees greeted us and were very welcoming. The atmosphere is a modern american country style The menus don’t have very many choices though, and it seemed kind of unclear to read. I ordered the sirloin steak, medium well with mashed potatoes and a sweet potato My steak was absolutely delicious, though my sister who ordered medium rare, her steak looked hardly cooked. My parents had the ribs and I tried one and it was delicious but very dry. You needed to dip it in a BBQ sauce just to get it down I was considering getting a dessert but the menu only had three options that were very basic so that kind of turned me off Overall the food was decent for the price, and the service was very good. Even when my parents asked on multiple occasions for little things like sour cream and what not I would go here again if I was in the mood, and in the area It’s a good Southern BBQ style restraunt

It’s like eating at TGIF or Applebee’s. except it’s dirtier and louder. You walk in and the floor is littered with peanuts. Waiters screaming loudly as a way of letting the world know that there’s a birthday person in the house. I would hate to be a birthday girl here… way to ruin everyone else dinning experience. I knew right away that my food would be so so or mediocre at best and I was right. I ordered a medium cooked Smokehouse burger with mushroom, BBQ sauce, American and Jack cheese on it. My burger was not juicy. Meat was well done, lack of seasoning,. bland. It was a huge size burger though, but I would trade this for a small burger from Shake Shack. Fries were well seasoned however. I also tasted the ribs, meat was tender but didn’t really blow me away. Some part of the ribs was kind of dried. Service was attentive. But I just didn’t enjoy hearing birthday screaming every 10 mins. If it weren’t because of family, I’d probably pick other places to enjoy my dinner.

The food is very good, maybe a 4+. They know what medium rare means, which doesn’t appear to be all that common, at least with burgers. BBQ chicken was really good. And having the peanuts in the waiting area is a nice touch. The only reason for a 3 rating is the noise. Big places like this tend to have lots of conversation noise, but they really crank up the music. I don’t know — is it to compete against the conversations? But then the talk gets louder so the people across the table can hear you. It was very obvious this weekend as we were in the waiting area for a takeout order. We were the only ones, so all you heard was the music and it was tough to have a conversation. There are other equally good restaurants in the area where you can sit down and have a peaceful meal, so we’ll probably save Texas Roadhouse for takeout from now on.

We used their call ahead program, because they do not take reservations. We arrived on time, and it was packed. We only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was fun. Unfortunately after we ordered our food, we waited for an hour for it! The manager did come over and apologized for the wait, but did not offer us any sort of accommodation. We finally got our food and it was delicious, but we were on a schedule so we had to leave shortly after, so not much time to enjoy the food. We did have fun. I loved the service and the restaurant itself, that really pushed it up to 4 stars. The wait was what would have made it 3 stars, so we are happy we got such a fun waitress. I wish I could remember her name, maybe she remembers the 4 of us girls there for a bachelorette!

The food was 4⁄5. The waitress was super awesome. Friendly, cool, sweet and super polite. The attire was awesome. I ordered Ribs, which were very tender and well cooked, but still I felt something was missing. The corn was perfect and mashed potatoes were also good. I liked the food. I would recommend this place.

If only I could rate 0 stars. This place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. As I first walked in with some friends there were peanut shells and food ALL over the floor. It was so loud I could barely hear myself talk. I order the steak well done, along with mashed potatoes. Instead I got a bloody steak that was only cooked on the outside and the inside was completely raw. Instead of fitting those the«mashed» potatoes I got a barely boiled potato that I saw the waitress stab with a fork a few times to make it looked mashed. So I sent both back to be done properly. When they gave me the food back the mashed potatoes were fine. As for the steak, it was rare at best. So I sent it back AGAIN. When I got it the third time(now the waitress is being rude and giving me a horrible attitude) it was half the size and medium cooked. After I told the waitress that this was ridiculous she yelled at me and said«maybe if I wasn’t such a sh*t customer, the food would have been better» I just got up an walked out. Never going there again.

Everytime I come to Texas Roadhouse it’s wicked busy, but it’s because it’s so good! Plus you can easily call ahead making wait time only 15 minutes. All there meats are cooked great and wicked tasty. The only thing is if you get a burger the bottom bun barely stays on, and they put the lettuce tomato and onions on the bottom of the burger instead of on top. Fun energetic restaurant to go to and well worth the wait!

I wish I could opt out if giving it even 1 star. Salad dressing is rank, my steak was ordered rare, It came out medium at best. Sent it back and they made another one, but only after I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the server to come back so I could tell her. My son asked for sauce for his chicken when we placed our order but it was delivered without so we also waited for her to come out of hiding to get that. There is nothing more annoying than careless service. She was no where to be found. The new steak was dry, full of ligaments and tasteless. I didn’t eat it yet we payed for it regardless. We also ordered a chicken fried steak, onion appetizer and chicken fingers. All the same exact batter. Greasy, gross and is still sitting in my stomach 6 hours later. Green bean side was mushy and out of a can, broccoli was hard and had some kind of fake butter on them. I’ll give the one star I’m forced to give for the bread. I know this place was pretty cool in the past. I’ve been to the one in Methuen. I have no idea why they took their quality of meat and threw it out the window. They try to be a high end restaurant by showing off their steaks in a little window and asking if you want to choose your own. Even those don’t look good. Do it well or don’t do it at all. My kids wouldn’t even go back.

For my first time here me and my family had a delightful experience. Our server was terrific and was very enthusiastic. However there were a few safety and quality issues that bring the store down to my rating of 3 stars. First is the peanuts on the way in. There is no scoop provided. This is in public use. Yes it is only shelled peanuts but I also do not know what someone could have touched before eating away at them peanuts. Also, no trash anywhere! There were peanuts throughout the whole store. I almost slipped and fell because no one seemed to sweep the store very often. I’d hate to have seen the store after the dinner rush seeing as it was 4pm at the time of my visit. Finally, a member of my party was served a medium rare beef burger when she ordered medium well. This is why we cut out burgers in half before eating. Overall it was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However the team should start focusing on the cleanliness of there store. Safety first. I will be visiting again soon.

WE had a really good meal(as usual) at Texas Roadhouse. They all are very similar looking, same there and same menu. The Manchester TR did not disappoint, as we all enjoyed the Wednesday special offer, which was a 8oz sirloin, and 2 sides for $ 9.99! Everything was delicious, came out hot and quickly, was cooked properly, and service was friendly and attentive as it always is TR.

A BIGYEE-HAW!!! The Texas Roadhouse in Manchester is now open, which is located next door to Great Buffet, across the street from the Mall of New Hampshire. This location had their grand opening this evening(November 25) and the place was packed with a line forming at the door around dinner time. We arrived here around 4:45PM and there was a short wait with the hostess explaining the Texas Roadhouse experience including call ahead seating, the fresh baked rolls with honey cinnamon butter, and pick your own steak. After we were seated, our waitress arrived and took her time to take our drink orders and go over the food offerings and make suggestions. She also demonstrated the free peanuts, by dumping peanut shells onto the floor. For a starter, the Fried Pickles($ 4.49) came out in a bowl, deep fried breaded dill pickle chips served hot and crispy(greasy) with a creamy horseradish dipping sauce. For dinner, I chose a $ 8.99 Early Dine Special — Country Fried Sirloin served with choice of two sides, I chose mashed potatoes and a house salad. The country fried sirloin was a big deep fried breaded flat steak, which was slightly chewy inside and crispy on the outside. The chunky mashed potatoes had a soft texture. The house salad had a mix of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, croutons and eggs, dressing on the side. My friend went with his«hand picked» 8 oz Dallas Filet($ 19.99) served with two side choices. The filet was juicy and tender cooked to his liking(rare). The sides of baked potato and mixed vegetables were good. Though busy, the service was attentive with our waitress and other staff checking on our table. We were given boxes for the leftover food, which was tasty, but we had enough to eat. Some of the staff were on the anxious side, ready to clear the table, though we were not yet finished with our food. During dinner, the staff here performed tableside line dancing to «Footloose» with lots of enthusiasm(other locations don’t even dance anymore). The Texas Roadhouse armadillo mascot was also making the rounds posing for pictures. Overall, we had a good Texas Roadhouse dinner on the inaugural night of this location and glad we no longer have to drive further to the Nashua and Methuen locations.
