First time here and I really enjoyed my experience at the Falcon Bar. I ordered a Bun Warmer which is hot chocolate with Peppermint Schnapps and it was delicious. The cheese and chocolate selections are absolutely delicious.

Great place to chill and have high end drinks. The bartenders are very knowledgeable about wine list and drinks and fire pit is one of the best I ever seeing.

The resort is very pretty, great amenities and an incredible staff. Be prepared to be pampered by everyone there! the Falcon Bar is conveniently located in the hotel, they also have an outdoor fire pit that is very relaxing to enjoy a drink and a cigar or simply be awed by the stunning mountain views. While enjoying a drink I urge you to try the cheese platters (they are built to order… yummy!) and oh la la… the truffles! they have an entire page of different ones to much on, absolute heaven!

One of my favorite ways to pass an evening in Manchester — sitting at the firepit (which is huge) with a drink and cheese plate. Excellent service, great selection, fantastic service. Sure, the clientele can be a little much; just remember that it means you’re getting good people watching/​stories as part of the deal.
