My best friend and I started going here to get acrylics. I used to come here two years ago and always had a good experience so I decided to come back. We decided to just walk in and both of us were put with «Ma,» as she introduced herself to us. I had asked her for the coffin nail shape when I first sat down. Instead of cutting the tips or using a mold, she filed them down using the drill after she did the entire fill and before the paint. I’ve been getting my nails done for a while and have never seen someone do it that way. They ended up coming out really uneven and a few of the fingers were super skinny on the tops, making it look really goofy! After only a week, my friend’s nails started lifting. We decided to give it a second chance. I was sat with Ma and my friend with Kheli. Ma started drilling my nails aggressively and then told me that my friend seemed rude and/​or grumpy and told me that she was telling the other workers that she didn’t want to be put with her. She kept going on about how she thought my friend was really grumpy looking! It was so unprofessional. The fill was extremely thick and my nails were still uneven. I pointed out the few nails that needed to be fixed and she drilled them down. It looked like they were put on crooked. I ended up soaking them off two weeks later and going somewhere else. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed. The quality of their work has gone down since they’ve become more popular now, I guess!

What a great place — they do wonderful work and it’s a bright environment with a great family ethic — great at designing — designs just a bit costly but overall a great salon and great staff

The first time I came here Victor saved my business. Kheily had a BAD attitude. She lacks customer service skills and has no appreciation for her customers. As well as he treated my friend and I, I decided to continue to do business with this place. Today. was it for me. This place will not see one more penny from my money ever, they lost a customer in me and anyone who cares to ask me about this place will freely get my suggestion never to step foot here again. I called in advanced to book an appointment for THREE. First time I am getting a gel manicure and was unfamiliar with the cost, one of my friends was interested to know the cost and asked me to call, as I did. The lady who answered told me 50 $ for both! Mani and pedi (gel mani Regular pedi) I cannot even express replaying the conversation in my head and reiterating 50 $ more than 4 times but of course I come to the appointment and in fact I was misinformed. No according to kheily I MISHEARD. She has the NERVE TO SIT AND ARGUE WiTH HER CUSTOMER ON HOW WRONG I AM AND HOW I MISHEARD HER EMPLOYEE LOL. What type of business is she trying to run an employee revenue generated only business? Long story short this isn’t the first or second or third time her attitude needs to be addressed. She lacks customer service skills and I feel sad for this chick she needs to take a few classes on how to be professional and APOLOGIZE FOR HER EMPLOYEES MISINFORMING customers. Hence, I was willing to stay and pay the additional 10 $ but after she wanted to go in a verbal fighting war I like to take my business else where, thank you kheily for a great example of a business to stay far away from. You need to seek some Courses to enhance your social skills since you are losing out on a lot of business due to your lack of professionalism.

I moved to the East Coast about 6 months ago from California. Since then I’ve been on the hunt for a nail salon to my liking. I am shocked that it took me 6 months to find the one! My friend recommended Victorious Nails to me after going there for the first time herself. On my first visit I fell in love with place! Once I entered the door I could feel a welcoming vibe, the hospitality of the workers was very pleasing. It’s a family business, which accompanied excellent customer service. I went in for a fill and reshape of my nails, the work was great and Kelly even clipped around my cuticle which, no other nail salon has done over here. She did excellent work, I’ll be returning!

Just moved to NH from out of town and my sister and I were looking for a good place to get a pedicure. When we walked in we were not greeted and felt uncomfortable. We ended up waiting for a while and got two older men that didn’t speak English but that is expected. The guy that did my nails had two long dirty thumb nails that he used as tools. It was so gross! He caused me a lot of pain and was very rude when I told him he hurt me. The nail polish came off quickly. I will never go back.

The best customer service that I have ever received. Everyone was super friendly, and the salon was very sanitary. I was a walk in on a busy Saturday morning, and they made me feel like a VIP even though they really prefer you make appointments. I definitely found my new go-​to place.

I loved it! Went in got my nails done by Victors father. He did a phenomenal job. I got an acrylic full set. The store is clean and has a very comforting atmosphere. The first and only nail salon I’ve been to, and will be going to in new Hampshire.

For knowing a lot about nail polish the guy made me feel very stupid. Also when I asked his opinion for color (as he paints nails for a living and maybe might know a thing or two from previous designs he has done and what looks good — he said nothing and said it was up to me and started to get annoyed and a bit rude and snappy when I was unsure about the color. Hello I am the one paying you here, and I have to be stuck with whatever I choose for the next 3 weeks. They are basically native English speakers but do talk to the other staff in Vietnamese. And when your indecisive about the color as I was it feels like they are talking and snickering about you.
They are amazing with designs.
That being said they are also very very very full of themselves however they try to be not so prominent about it you will notice it if you are one on one with most of them. The most infuriating thing is I paid $ 58 for a acrylic fill and 3 nail designs with regular polish. When I went back to my typical place they charged me $ 29 for a acrylic fill, gel polish with a different color on the ring finger and best thing of this rant is my original place took off and redid 5 of my nails because they said the last place I went to didn’t apply them properly and their construction was weak on the sides of the nail and going to break off as the acrylic had already split away from my nail. Which it had. They redid their mistakes for free. If I come back here I will only come back for a design after I get my nails done elsewhere.

Victorious Nails gets my vote for top nail salon in Manchester. I’ve been getting them done for over 25 years. I’m super happy with my results and their innovative styles.

Don’t bother with this place! Paid $ 35 for a basic manicure which included polish all over the edge of the skin, bleeding and places where the polish wasn’t even applied. Honestly could have done a better job myself! And if you want a design or something special only 2 people there can do it and they are «booked weeks out». First and last time there horrible horrible horrible !

I would have some mixed emotions if I didn’t give this one of my most heartfelt reviews. I discovered this company when they first started out in a little room over on Beech Street! Wow I have got to say WOW! I was impressed from the very begining and my love for this company grew bigger. I don’t get to pamper myself that much but when I want to be this is probably the first place on my list of loves.
Each member of VICTORious Nails, contributes to making a day shiny and bright. What I really like compared to all other nail salons is I don’t walk out high as a kite and I don’t fear the equipment that they use. I visually see them using the autoclave and I also am very happy that how they keep the ventilation and the extra care they took into planning their salon.
I enjoy knowing that they take the heart in a community that needs some major uplifting. Keep up the great work and I love watching the designs that come from creative individuals.

I had my nails done by TVAN and it wasn’t a good experience. He didn’t talk to me and he pushed my hand away when he wanted to do the other one instead of asking me to move my hand. Even though I told him twice not to cut down my nails he still did, so I had to let him do the rest of them so they would be even and shaped them round when I specifically told him square. I also got a pedicure and he drew blood when clipping my cuticles, it hurt to get a pedicure. When it was finally over, he assured me that it was okay to put my shoes back on and when I got home, they were an awful mess. I spent $ 75.00 there that day, what did I pay for? I called Kheiliy the next day and told her how unhappy I was with the service and she told me that she would take care of me the next time I came in. WRONG!!! I paid full price again for both and she never even came up to me to talk to me. I hear that there are some workers there that do a good job but Kheiliy is a lousy businesswoman, it’s all about the money. She certainly did not care about my satisfaction. I think that because she has enough clients, that she doesn’t care if she loses one or two, etc… Getting my nails and toes done is a relaxing, enjoyable treat for me but not at VICTORious Nails By Kheiliy. I will never go back there again… ever!!!

Worst gel manicure for the highest price. I wouldn’t even call it a manicure. All he did was clip my nails and start painting. I thought that maybe his technique was to file them down after a layer of painting but he just continued. He did not clean up around my nails or cut my cuticles so now the polish will look grown out in a week. My nails are all different lengths and are sharp and jagged. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I had already left. I have never paid so much for a gel manicure, and didn’t even get a real manicure. My hands are a mess and what’s worst is that it is gel so I can’t just take it off and get it redone. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in and got my nails done here today by a very nice older lady. My nails turned out great! They were exactly the shape I wanted them to be, almond, with a neutral shellac color. Service was excellent and contrary to the reviews I read on here i didn’t notice any cleanliness issues. If I need to get a manicure in Manchester I’ll definitely be back.

I can’t help that the negative reviews here are planted by their competition, because it sound like total BS to me! I would give them 6 stars if I could! I live in Salem, NH and drive all the way to Manch to go here. It is BY FAR the best nail place around. They can literally do any design on your nails. I have gel tips and they are so even and look so real. Leaps and bounds better than other nail places I have been too. The employess are all extremely nice and professional. I actually WANT to talk to them while I am there which is unusual. They have won «best nail salon in NH» for the last couple years. On second thought, maybe I should have left a bad review too because if everybody knew about this place I would never be able to get an appointment.

First time. Filthy place. The guy using the acetone to soak of my gel put the remainder… sucked it back up into the bottle he was storing it in completely UNHYGENIC!!!
My nails came out looking fine but I would never return based upon the lack of cleanliness of the salon.

I have been to countless salons, searching for the perfect nail place for me, never seeming to find a place that listens to my needs, UNTIL Kheliy did my nails! The whole environment of the store was relaxed and everyone seemed geniune and sweet like family! Thank you for staying the extra time to do my nails and I will never go anywhere else! So excited!
