As another one of my fellow Unilocalers has said so perfectly. Beware of this place. The rents are way out of bounds. The management lies and is basically in over their heads. Especially the office staff. The only thing the old mismanaged dinosaur building has going for it is the location. The units are disgusting. Terrible carpets, paint, cabinets and fixtures. Can’t wait to leave this place. Do yourself a favor if you are considering this dump. Slap yourself in the face to wake up and move on. You will be sorry if you sign a lease here. Good luck.

I’ve lived here for two years, couldn’t have been a better experience. Great staff all around from managers & maintenance (they go above and beyond), and the always helpful and friendly 24hr concierge. I’ve also lived for 2 years at Manchester Place, it’s nice but the level of service, location, 24hr concierge (hat tip to Doug and Elaine), resident events, kitchen upgrades, etc. make WST a step above. I need to relocate this year but would return, highly recommended.
