Joanne Crespo is the owner of the local Gotcha Covered franchise, which serves both the North and South Shores. She has been with Gotcha Covered since 2003 and purchased the franchise in 2006. She is committed to customer satisfaction. She is a member of the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana Home Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau.
