Pretty good selection. Two floors. Bought a few furniture pieces and satisfied thus far. It’s worth a visit just to even check out. Hope to use our pieces for a long while. Much better than trying to order over the phone (damn they were just outright rude and nasty!).

Purchased a set of 8 Sonata dining room chairs. After about 5 years, the vinyl started cracking on all 8 chairs with moderate use. Now, they are 10 years old and completely unusable. Vinyl has peeled off on all chairs. Wood still looks nice however. Be aware these chairs look nice but the vinyl will only last 5 – 10 years at most. Spoke with Manhasset customer service rep who informed me that these vinyl chairs are not meant to last beyond 5 years.

Why I had to wait so long in line for an order I had placed and paid for online is completely beyond me. The fact that there were available associates who could’ve pulled my order from their storage room real annoyed me. The whole point of ordering online was to save time. I might as well have just planned to shop adding to my day’s schedule. Instead we had to wait almost 20 minutes in line for a cashier to then call for someone to bring the order which took another 10 minutes. Bottom line: ordering online really isn’t a convenience bit probably a tactic to get you in the store to potentially purchase more C&B stuff. While I was tempted to buy another Le Creuset piece during the wait, I refrained.

Walked around for 20 mins. Never asked to be helped while non-​minorities around me were asked multiple times. The Long Island coffee klatch ladies who work here are terrible. Will not return to this particular location.
Update: lo and behold, someone finally asked me if I needed help and it was a minority. Surprise, surprise.

Came here to find some stuff for the new home. I love this store, the items, and the simplicity, it matches my style perfectly! When I came I wasn’t looking for anything in particular but found an awesome cake dish, something pretty enough to always leave on your kitchen island. The price was $ 59.00 and they gladly left it at the register while I looked around some more. The store itself is in a very high end shopping plaza, it’s two floors, has furniture on the first, and dining stuff on the second. I will definitely be back to register for the housewarming party. I just found it weird when the cashier was ringing up with cake plate that she had to ask if we were okay paying $ 59 for it. I guess I didn’t look the part… but overall I walked out with great place mats, unfortunately didn’t have the six napkins I needed to match, and almost got pillows until I realized it wasn’t the right shade of grey I needed.

Went in to browse for some Christmas gifts and found the store to be surprisingly empty, which was not ordinary for this time of year. The store was clean and had exactly what I was looking for (scotch glasses and accessories). The sales associates were all welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to Bonnie who was super nice, helpful and wrapped up my gifts with care. The store itself here is four stars only because some of the prices on items are pretty high, but the staff and atmosphere are five stars all the way!

I had such a bad experience with crate & barrel in the Manhasset store with the customer service department. This high end store is nothing like it used to be. They treat the customers with a rude attitude and do not give five star service. I purchased an outdoor table which did not stand up to its quality. I didn’t want to return the table, I wanted an exchange only. I am still waiting for any straight answer from the companies corporate office and this has been going on for more than a year. Unbelievable!!!
Crate & Barrel is not doing great and with this type of service, you can see why they are not doing good on the market. I would give them a negative star if I could.

Create & Barrel has beautiful items and this particular store has been very helpful. However the positive feedback stops there.
The company is having difficulty with the warehouse and is unable to fill the orders in a timely matter resulting in a LONGGGGG wait for merchandise that has been purchased.
I called today AGAIN to check on the status of my order. The only information create and barrel could provide me with was that the next two delivery trucks for today and monday have been CANCELLED. This was not the first time I was told the trucks were cancelled. The store could could not provide me with a date my merchandise will be available.
If you go on twitter and look up create and barrel tweets you can view countless dissatisfied customers who are waiting for merchandise with no promised date of delivery. You can also see remarks from customers regarding the type of customer service cooperate provides.
If you purchase furniture that is not in stock, Good luck receiving it!

The Americana Manhasset is filled with those who have more money than God can print and want to make sure that everyone knows it. The luxury car show in the parking lot gives that away. So one should expect that the products here are of the highest quality and come with price tags to match. My wife purchased bone China mugs from this place because she «rolls deep.» In addition to the mugs, I also had to pay for plates and bowls.
The people who work here are so nice. Too nice. In fact, so nice that waiting in line to pay for items can be quite a pain. We almost walked out and ordered online.
Tip: feel the items you like, take photographs of product names, and, if the lines are too long, order online. Life’s too short to be standing in line during precious weekend hours.

We had a pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Daniel Aston in choosing furniture for our home. Our original purpose was to only buy a bar cabinet, however, as we started browsing around, we liked so many other pieces that we needed, but thought of getting somewhere else that we ended up spending quite a bit here and then ordering some more over the phone. Not only do we love everything we bought, but the service we received was top-​notch. Mr. Aston patiently walked with us around the store while we debated the merits of each piece, gave helpful suggestions and then worked with us to get the best pricing, utilizing a combination of 15% discount card and opening C&B card for me (hubby already had one) so that we may receive 10% rewards and when I called him a week later to order more pieces, he has honored the 15% off although the card said «one-​time use», he was communicating with us often to ensure delivery was on track and we have been very pleased with an overall experience. The delivery came on time and Mr. Aston noted on the invoice to give us a call half an hour before in addition to the standard 48 hours before delivery call which was very helpful. I certainly recommend this store, and do ask for Mr. Aston if you want to be treated like royalty. He is there every day except for Wed and Sat.

The furniture here is beautiful. If I could, I would decorate my whole house with it. They have many different types of furniture, indoor and outdoor items. They also have a large collection of kitchen utensils which is why I came here. I got an (2) 8-​inch round baking pans and a frosting knife and the total was $ 25 which isn’t bad. If only they have culinary school students discounts. Also the worker who rang up my stuff was super friendly and funny which is always a nice thing to see in this overly snotty shopping center

My all time favorite place to shop for home goods from tableware to bathroom hooks. A little bit pricey but worth it. We also bought lots of glassware here for our restaurant. Beautiful and elegant stuff to decorate your home and office/​business. They have a BIG store in Paramus and in Manhasset.

Bought a bed from here, the experience was very pleasant. Didn’t have to walk around a warehouse and buy all the pieces myself. Picked out my bed, it was delivered and put together by two very nice gentleman.
The store is laid out very nicely. Furniture on the first floor, and… everything thing else on the second. They have tons of stuff. They always have floor pieces for sale, which is nice because there is some expensive stuff there.

Great branch and helpful staff. My chick was looking for a particular set of curtains from Crate and Barrel and she couldn’t find them anywhere. While this location was out of stock, they ran themselves ragged to find them at a different location even though they were obviously very busy with other customers. Impeccable service.

I ordered a sectional from the Manhasset C&B and, although I loved my sectional piece, what I had to go through to get it was absolutely ridiculous. First, they mischeduled the delivery date due to incompetence from one of the sales people. Not only did they not apologize for this mistake (which caused me to take time off from work), they never returned my phone call regarding the matter.
When my couch finally arrived, it did not fit thorugh the elevator and had to be disassembled. The fact that it could not fit is of course not C&Bs fault, but they knew they were delivering to an address in the city, and you would think they would have warned me to measure my elevator. Had that been the case, the whole delivery process would have been much more efficient, as I would of had a disassembly service lined up. I had to use the service they recommended, which was fine, but would have preferred to shop around for prices.
Latest issue is that a sectional clip is missing. Everytime I call the store, none of the incompetent people answering the phone can help me, so they pass me along to the store manager’s voicemail. She never returns my call. Fun. To be fair, Corporate Customer Service has been extremely efficient.
Big thumbs down to the Manhasset store. If you ever have an actual problem, you will be sorely dissappointed.

Crate and Barrel is a great home goods store ranging from glasses to office furniture.
There are not many around, but this location has been the best of the ones I’ve been to.
While replacing the glassware in my home a few months back, a gentleman named Daniel helped me find what I needed and take care of packaging everything and basically had all my stuff wrapped up before I even got to the register. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
The store is always well stocked, clean and they have great products. Sure, you can go to target and probably buy a box of 4 glasses for the price of 2 at Crate and Barrel, but the quality won’t be the same.

Yay — I love Crate & Barrel. I can always find something in here that I didn’t know I needed until I saw it.
As I’ve moved over the years, I have left some really sweet C&B items attached to walls that I simply could not get back off said wall– that is more a testament to my fanatical use of gigantic sized anchors — but the C&B items were also very well made.
Anything I’ve gotten here is top notch and having just recently moved, I am out shopping again… cha ching!
Some of the stuff is pricey — so I look for the clearance catalog whenever they mail it to me —
The place is clean and almost impossible to get out of there without buying something!

This Crate & Barrel is well stocked and have many registers open thus, there are never any long lines. It’s well cleaned and maintained. Their gift registry at this location is easy to use and informs engaged couples when products are discontinued and should be removed from your registry list. The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful which they actually provide service! Gift wrapping is free.
The only way to access this location is by car. It’s located in a very upscale area. Shoppers can take Northern Boulevard all the way to Manhasset.
