Dr. Eichen is wonderful, no complaints. Her front desk/​reception staff is another matter. Rude, disrespectful, just an awful experience. Entitled and unprofessional with an attitude for days. It is flat out shocking that such a nice Dr. can hire help that so poorly represents their place of business. One more slight and I’m going elsewhere. Also cannot recommend due to the very poor service at the front desk. The only shining star within the staff is Lorraine, who has been there a long time and understands the value of a kind word and professionalism.
