Dr. Butler has a great bedside manner and knows her trade. Importantly, the office is so clean. She runs on time and I have never waited for more than 10 minutes. I wish the front desk were a little better about picking up the phone, but at least you can leave a message and they call you back. I have insurance, so I cannot speak to pricing, but I have never had an issue with billings. I would recommend.

This doctor’s office is BEYONDHORRIBLE. Their staff is soooo poorly trained and RUDE. Dr. Butler is actually a decent dentist, not amazing, but competent enough. The HORRENDOUSSTAFF makes it horrible. I wonder how many patients she has lost because of her incompetent staff?! I can’t be the only one… Another Unilocal reviewer Marcia also left them. And there has got to be MORE who just aren’t leaving reviews. I had to cancel a previous appointment for a simple cleaning(family emergency) and had CALLED24 hours in advance, giving them notice. When I tried to reschedule, the totally rude receptionist/secretary demanded that I pay a ridiculous no show fee($ 100). I explained that I called 24 hours in advance to cancel and she still demanded that I pay. So, you’re willing to LOSE a patient that will stay with you for years and years… over a measly $ 100. Dr. Butler would make that back in just one more visit and gain my loyalty. They do not know how to treat patients at all. I had been there several times over the past 2 years and they didn’t value my loyalty and still demanded fees when I followed their cancellation policy of alerting them 24 hours in advance. My recommendation? DONOTGOSEEDR. BUTLER, dealing with the front desk and totally rude, incompetent lady is NOTWORTHIT. No offense but if your job is to JUSTSCHEDULEAPPOINTMENTS, you can’t be THATSMART but you’d expect that you’d at least be customer service savvy… There are so many qualified dentists on the island with much better staff that don’t accuse you of lying and then demand outrageous fees. As another Unilocaler, Marcia, wrote, the staff turn over rate is HIGH and the billing system sucks. STAYAWAY!!! You’ll thank me later!

I have been taking my daughter here for years. Recently the service has been going down hill. The staff turn over rate is very high. It takes forever to schedule a bi-annual appointment and the billing system is simply terrible. On to search for a new dentist!

She is very nice and calm. However she is very limited on the procedures she does. She does not do root canals or extractions, the only thing I have seen her do is cleaning. She is very delicate but if you need a serious dental procedure to be done, and your in pain she is not the dentist your looking for. Another problem I had with her office is that no one ever answers the phone, even on the days when they are in office. You have to leave a voice mail and they will call you back few days later, which isn’t ideal if your having and emergency.

Great dentist! She really takes her time with you. Her cleanings are always thorough and she goes over the best ways to get rid of plaque at home. The wait is never more than 5 minutes and I find that she is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I would recommend to all of my friends.
