Plandome Paperie has been serving the North Shore of Long Island, New York for over 20 years. From Weddings and Birth Announcements to Christenings, First Holy Communion, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16, Engagement, Save the Date, Anniversary, Graduation, Baby and Bridal Showers and general party invitations; we have the largest selection from sophisticated to traditional, trendy and fun styles and Custom Invitations by Envelopments.

In addition to Crane, William Arthur, Vera Wang, Martha Stewart, Stacy Claire Boyd, Sweet Pea and many other fine vendors, we also carry over 400 preprinted invitations in stock, many of which can be imprinted in one or two days. We also specialize in hand and computer calligraphy on invitations and place cards.

History

Established in 1990.

After 15 successful years in business, the owner of Creative Expressions, a Fine Stationery and Invitation boutique, decided to retire and sell the business. My son Mike and I own Minuteman Press in Manhasset and Creative Expressions was our client. We felt that incorporating an invitation boutique into our commercial printing business would be a smart idea because we would then be able to serve the printing needs of local residents as well as the business community. We changed the name of the business to Plandome Paperie because the old name was much too common on the internet and Plandome Paperie is completely unique. Since we are commercial printers with our own printing facility, we also changed the focus of the business to provide more custom invitation solutions to our customers.

Business Owner

After 20 years in the limousine business, I decided to make a change in 1996 and purchased Minuteman Press, an established printing business in Manhasset, NY. In 2005, I bought Creative Expressions and changed the name to Plandome Paperie. Since learning the printing business, I have been involved in many community activities including becoming President of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce and President of the local LeTip networking group. I am also a director on the Manhasset Community fund that raises and donates funds to over 20 local charities. Community involvement is one of the best ways that we raise awareness of our business.
