Rip off. They over charged me for a whole punch that was 15 bucks for 40. Like how do you do that!?? Better off getting the same products else where like target and Walmart.

Came to buy a mobile printer got the HP 150 Mobile printer with battery pack this baby can go on the beach with me I can take pics and print them out on the beach so cool… also it’s got a scanner so I can feed a document into it and print out a copy and I’ll do so on the run .so cool !
Was the thing I was missing, now my vehicle is in office and photo studio on the go ‚
FULLY FUNCTIONAL
The photos are a little grainy and not picture quality but they will do. Staples also has a section in which they will print you any signs or posters that you want.
ink cartridges, computers, office supplies chairs desks… and real cool 3D printer that makes stuff as you watch it they also sell the 3D printers.
Good clean store and fully stocked with many items to Staples is a custom providing services to the upscale community of this area and therefore they are super polite super helpful.
But of course that’s with any where you go, you have to build your Bridge first.
Smile get to know the salesperson go in friendly, you get a much better experience and maybe even a discount.
Speaking of discounts if they don’t have the ink cartridges you want and you order at their kiosk they are giving you $ 10 off that cartridge.

Good store for basic office needs not too much variety in the area of electronics but the staff is always helpful and fairly knowledgeable

Excellent store to go to. Great customer service and their employees go out of their way to help you. Copy and print center can get very busy due to the location but the rest of the store there’s always someone there to help when needed.

I sat at my desk for twenty minutes and placed an online order & prepaid @
. An hour went by and Staples said my order was ready for pick up. I drive twenty five minutes to Staples and give my order confirmation number to the cashier. She leaves the register and returns shortly thereafter and says. ‘sorry we don’t have your order, so we cancelled it’…Unprofessional — Awful service, shame on you Staples!!!

Slow service on a Saturday.
Needed to print out an email, but Unlike other Staples, they were devoid of an email inbox so I had to email a .com address.
10 minutes later, I still didn’t receive a confirmation number, which was needed to print out my email. So I left.
Why the heck is this different from other Staples!!!

Parking lot is huge. And empty. Sitting in a car waiting for someone. Some miserable troll comes up and tells me to leave.
Staples used to get a great deal of my biz, but there are other companies that are far less restrictive and much more pleasant to frequent.

I mainly stop it to visit the copy and print center. I am of course and DIYattic so this has been my preferred location. I make it easy on myself to have all of my documents ready to print and saved on the USB drive. I like that the staff at the copy and print center take the interest to look at the document to ensure that it is centered. When I am printing a large quantity of 1 document they usually take the time to print 1 copy for me to preview prior to moving forward and printing the remaining. This location allows for their customers to use their stapler, hole puncher and paper cutter/​trimmer at their leisure (like I said I am a DIYattic so I find myself spending a lot of time here). Compared to other locations this is not readily available all of the time. I don’t usually visit this store on the weekends so during the week I don’t find that their are a lot of customers ahead of mean on line to print. More recently the store had scrubs on sale for $ 4! I was in heaven as for scrubs can get really expensive. Most of my coworkers grabbed the deal as well and came in and purchased their bargain scrubs. Since they do not have a fitting room — come on now which office supplies store has a fitting room — returns were at ease and at no hassle even with the clearance steal! The parking lot has enough spots to not have to worry. I would just beware not to park in the Staples parking lot and then walk over to the other stores. The owners are not the same and you will get chased down by the security guard to move your car. I will definitely be returning for my future printing needs.

This ls the best Staples I have ever visited. With a large parking lot, the merchandise are so many. The service is also great here.

WARNING: Do NOT come here for Invitations/​Prints!
We ordered Baby Shower invitations from here on. We centered them on the template online and were instructed to pick them up the next day May 7^th, 2015 at 11am. My sister-​in-​law, with her 3 infants and mother in tow went to pick them up and they were not ready. She was told they would call her when they were ready so now they all need to go home and come back out.
— If it was not ready, they should have called as a courtesy to inform us not to come.
And if that was not bad enough, they cut the card off at the bottom! 1 centimeter off! The text was at the border and there WAS no border to the invitation anymore. They said they «could not» center it correctly and would have to print it upside down (on one side) if we wanted it centered. It is supposed to look like a «Book», what book has the back side up-​side down?!? We needed them right away so we took them as is, very disappointing.
Completely unprofessional. They didn’t even give us a bag.

Everything, and I mean everything is over-​priced. They know it’s a wealthy area so they price gouge their customers.
On top of that they have very poor customer service. Many of the employees have a bad attitude.
I go here only when I’m in a jam, and need printing fast.

Worse customer service ever. Please avoid at all cost. I wanted to email a document for them to print out, just like I’ve done with multiple Staes all over New York. They said email was crashing their system. So instead of improving their system, they decided to decrease service. Smart…

Disappointed… Copy center please go back to training on how to treat customers.

Convenient store. Lots of electronics and products to choose from. I got my home networking equipment here. Happy people. Lots of parking outside.

Customer service here is horrible. Staples should ashamed for hiring such rude and unhelpful people, even at the manager level. It seemed that even asking them for help is such a chore. Will never be shopping here again.
