All City Termite Company

All City has a REALLY nice staff. We had our new house fumigated and then they came back after we found a few patches of dry rot. No questions asked or issues. Everyone I spoke to, from the office to the field, was very pleasant and easy to work with. They did a great job too.

Seriously, They rock!!! I had to have my damaged wood replaced and a tent on my house. They handled and helped me with it all! Highly recommend Mike Gerritse and his team!

All City did the fumigation and replaced all the dry rotted doors on my commercial building in record time. They were very accommodating when a couple Tennant’s did not want to tent during the week. They did all the work on the weekends to not disturb business during the week. Corey Gerritse was the inspector who even answered my calls on the weekend. Great work. They also came back to do a water proof deck system that looks and performs great.

Love, love, love All Cities! I have been a realtor for many years. Mike and his team are always available, easy to talk to, and take the time to explain everything. They have worked very hard with us to help maintain a smooth escrow transaction every time. Honestly, I have worked with several other termite companies and I find All Cities to be honest, ethical and efficient. A great selection if you are in escrow!

As far as the termites being gone… they are! As far as the inspection and price, all good!
As far as the crew they contract their work to… I would think twice as stated by a previous Unilocaler. Yes the fumigation crew that all city uses, it’s questionable. But, if you take proper precautions it should all work out. I had a couple of issues with the fumigation company that all city sub contracted, but they (all city) made everything okay. Tenting is a pain anyhow, but I would hire all city again if I needed a fumigation service again.

It is currently 7:22 AM on Memorial Day in Manhattan Beach, CA. All City Termite, owned by Mike Gerritse, showed up at 6:30AM and started to take down the termite tenting covering the home next door. Manhattan Beach does have noise ordinances prohibiting construction, leaf blowers and the like before 7:30AM and on holidays. Apparently, these rules do not apply to All City Termite. We did call All City Termite’s office, but, not surprisingly it was closed for the holiday. Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the same luxury.
According to his website, Gerritse has been in this business for 31 years — he knows the rules, but chose to ignore them. If you are a Realtor or real estate broker and would like to maintain positive relations in the neighborhood DO NOT recommend this service provider.
