Established in 2008.

It is our commitment to offer an enriched, therapeutic learning environment for individuals and families to develop and improve their quality of life. Our services aim to reduce maladaptive behavior patterns, develop new adaptive skills, minimize the extent of developmental delays, assist in the formation of appropriate social behavior, develop learning readiness skills, and empower parents to become active participants in their child’s development.

Meet the Business Owner

Barbara E.

Business Owner

Barbara has been practicing applied behavior analysis in the Los Angeles area since 1999. Starting out as a behavior therapist, she found a passion for working with families impacted by autism. Barbara has dedicated her career to autism and ABA, which has led to her current role as Executive Director of Behavior and Education (BAE). She co-​founded BAE in 2008 with the goal of offering innovative ABA programs within a strong family centered-​approach. Certified as an autism specialist, doctoral level board certified behavior analyst (BCBA-​D), and crisis prevention intervention instructor, Barbara emphasizes the use of empirically validated treatment procedures to improve the quality of life for individuals and their families. Barbara obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Master of Science degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and her Doctoral degree in Psychology.
