I am considering closing both my personal and business accounts I have with Chase. They are inconsistent in their rules: sometimes they demand an ID to deposit money into an account I have a pre-printed Chase deposit slip for, sometimes they don’t. I’d prefer it if I could skip the hassle and just deposit the money. What’s the need for my ID and why can some tellers accomplish a deposit without it? Anyone should be able to deposit money into my account… and as much as I would love it if «anyone» deposited money into my account, I am referring to any one of my employees. If they deposited for me while I’m out of town to keep the business going, would I risk them not being allowed. This is a stupid policy. There is no need for my ID!

Came in to make a deposit. Wait was about 10 minutes in line. Not too bad at all. Teller was very friendly. Had a little trouble pulling my account up. I think the system were running slow that day. Finally when it started printing my receipt the paper got jammed. Lucky me. I did appreciate the teller’s apology for the delay. Think it would have been faster depositing through the bank machine.

Don’t bank here, these people are completely inept! The bank manager KEVIN just apologies profusely for not doing his job correctly and for the mistakes of his staff. Their communication and customer service is terrible.

This is the Chase bank that stopped me from closing my 16 year old grandfathered in WaMu account. The Chase in the Palisades is beyond dreadful. This location is just the opposite. I told the hubby I wanted to transfer our business accounts to our Wells Fargo accounts, since their bank is so much nicer. He told me that the tellers at this location were nice, so I said I would check them out. We had to get something straightened out with our DBA. We walked in and were immediately acknowledged by two smiling employees, who proceed to coo over our baby. We told one of them what we needed, and she headed in the back to get the small business guy. His last name is McLeen. He was great. He was personable. He is now our point of contact. I told him about the horrible branch in the Palisades, and he informed me this location is now the #1 branch. I can believe it. This location is beautiful and the employees are all friendly. They provide water, coffee, tea, and hand sanitizer. I am a germ freak, so I like this. I also like that Mr. McLeen sanitized his hands after our meeting. We did the same.
