I should have checked these reviews prior to me purchasing my groupon. I called to schedule my appointment, but her voicemail states to text for scheduling an appointment. Ok, I guess, if that’s how you conduct your business. She responded 30 mins later, stating that she was with a client and would send me her schedule later that evening. Nothing came via text.
The next morning, I received a text saying she had June 1^st 6:00pm available. Great! I’ll take it!
The next morning at 6:24 AM, I receive a rather rude text, ‘call me when you get up’ I was pretty perplexed and replied that I was at work and if there was an issue with my appointment. ‘wrong person’
Ok, I guess she also conducts her personal matters on her business phone. But again, I thought ok, no biggie.
June 1^st, I rush out of work, excited that I will receive my facial. I get to the apartment building that doubles as a office location, knock and knock and knock, no answer.
I call twice, no answer. I text, asking if I’m in the right location, no answer.
Now the great, thing about IPhones is that you can tell when someone reads your texts.
So, I text back and let her know that I can see that she is reading my texts and she needs to respond. After 15 mins I get a response saying that she had food poisoning, and to reschedule.
You’re joking right!!! Now, by no means am I insensitive brat, that expects red carpet treatment.
However, if you have food poisoning, which EVERYONE has had at one point or another, it is not a matter of life and death.
She could easily texted me at 5pm and let me know she wouldn’t be able to make it.
When I told her that I was filing a report with groupon, she replied with an attitude that she was sick and if I don’t understand that, I can file the report and also get a refund.
Save your money, because after all this I did some research and this business not her name are registered as a licensed Esthetician in Manhattan Beach!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Deadra and she was a professional as she could be. The location of the property was great and the actual room was very nice. I enjoyed the service with Deadra and I will definitely return for her services. She has great deals on Groupon as well.

I scheduled an appointment for 5pm today. I arrived to what looked like apartment buildings but that didn’t really bother me much. What bothered me is that when I tried to open the door it was locked so I knocked and there was no answer. I then called her and she did not answer so I left her a voicemail. I text her to let her know I had arrived but she did not reply. After calling her numerous times I gave up and went home she wasted my time.

I purchased a facial through Groupon. I called Deadra to make an appointment. She told me I would receive a text message reminder before my appointment; however, I never received a text so I texted her the day before to confirm the appointment. The next day, I arrived at my appointment about 30 minutes early. I went Deadra’s space (which looks like an apartment complex), knocked on the door several times, called and text her, but she did not respond. I still have not received a call or text from her regarding my appointment.

I had an appointment for my facial on June 5 at 530 pm. I could not find the place because it looked like an apartment building and there’s no sign. I called and texted deadra multiple times but she didn’t answer, she answered at 644 pm. She said that there’s a construction and she was talking to a client that’s why she did not answer my call. I was offered to reschedule but I am not going to. I don’t want to go back there since it’s not a real business center but looks like an old apartment building.

I loved getting my facial with DeadrA! My skin felt rejuvenated and felt so soft after my facial! DeadrA is very professional and helpful! I would definitely recommend DeGlow to my family and friends :)
