With over 28+ years of combined experience as residential Realtors Stewart and Randi predicted the incredible changes in the practice of real estate. After having worked for the larger brokerages they realized only a small independent firm could truly offer hands on customer service absent of the corporate structure. Clients today have the ability and do their own research to begin the process. The old school approach of «exclusivity» just doesn’t fly anymore. Adept with today’s technology and acutely skilled at negotiation their history is defined by the care, patience and professionalism they practice. Stewart Fournier is an 14 year residential Realtor who has worked as a manager, trainer, and lecturer. He was a business owner for 21 years of a firm that extended to nearly all of Southern California. He retired from that business and found that it benefited him as Realtor given his comfort level in nearly all neighborhoods.

Although his focuses are the beach and south bay areas of Los Angeles, he has represented from Malibu to Hollywood and down to Seal Beach and other parts of Orange County.

His community involvement is almost unequaled in his town.
