Isadora Design

I used Isadora’s services in the company’s early days. I really like the website they provided. I made it really clear that I am not a technical person at all. She said no worries it will be super simple to use. We have had minimal problems with the site except twice our entire calendar just disappeared! The first time they jumped right on and fixed it. I discovered it missing again when I went to update it so I contacted Isadora. I recieved a reply from someone else at the company who said I would have to pay for a minimum of 4 hours at $ 195. per hour or they will give ME the disc of all the sorce files (whatever that means?!?).
I said I would be happy to pay to have it fixed but not 4 hours at $ 195. They said it was so simple last time so I guess it would be the same.
SOOOOOO NOT HAPPY!

Isadora Design produces terrific design work. We used their services in the production of company banners and the final product was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and use their services again :)
