When I bought my first home years ago, my realtor was more than friendly during the sales process, but from the moment escrow closed, I never heard from the agent again! Later, when I embarked on my own real estate career, I vowed that my clients would have a different experience.
In the more than 30 years I’ve been in this business, my overriding goal has always been more about forming relationships than in making a sale. Certainly, I want to create a stress-free home buying or selling experience, and help my clients make a wise and profitable decision, but my intrinsic goal is to build solid relationships. As a result, many of my clients have become personal friends.
