Mold Masters

There was water damage at the baseboard and carpet with unknown source. We had 3 people come out to see where it was leaking to no avail. Finally we called Joe Zeni at Mold Masters. He came out the same day with an infrared camera and found the leak right away. They started repair the next morning. Their crew was fantastic! They were prompt, very careful about protecting our floors, quickly cleaned up every day (5 days). You can’t even tell there was a mold problem. Very high workmanship. They even checked our porch and chimney and re-​sealed the door upstairs at no additional cost. Very competitive price. They would be my go-​to firm for any water damage clean up in the future.

GREAT service! These guys are awesome. I called them for help with a terrible mold issue and they came out that day to do testing. Austin at the Manhattan Beach location was very informative and helpful. He sent someone out right way.
Joe was the mold tester who came to my home. He treated me as if I was a family member of his own going through an awful situation, offering great advice.
It’s hard to find people who actually care about the safety of their customers and aren’t just looking for another pay check. These guys actually care and it was a pleasure working with them.
Joe emailed me all the pictures he took from the test just a few hours after he left. Later I received an email from Austin stating my results should be in by the end of the day tomorrow. If that isn’t great service I don’t know what is! Thanks guys!
