I provide warm, gentle, loving physical and emotional support throughout your pregnancy, labor, birth and post-​partum experience.

As a doula, I support you throughout labor and play a key role encouraging and educating you and your partner with information and techniques that help you carry out your birth plan and ease labor discomfort. I also help you negotiate the complexity of the medical system and provide advocacy for you and your partner.

History

Established in 2011.

Expanding on my 10 years experience in crisis pregnancy counseling, and my love for pregnant women and babies, I’m now extending my support to women and their partners throughout labor, birth and early post-​partum. For me, this a labor of love (literally) and my calling for which I’m so grateful to be of service to you.

Business Owner

A birth doula (DONA), Norma D. Grove is a compassionate, loving woman and mother who loves bringing new life into the world. With a background that includes 10 years experience in crisis pregnancy counseling and mentoring with women of all ages and backgrounds, she’s now realized her calling as a doula.

Career experience includes 25 years as a producer/​director of TV commercials, which balances her warmth and gentleness with a take-​charge, efficient, yet diplomatic leadership style.

The combination of gentleness and positive strength is what makes her Norma, The Birth Doula!
