Established in 1985.

We are an independently owned and family-​operated mortgage company who has been serving our customers since 1985. Our network has now grown to over 40 offices throughout California and Nevada.

We funded over $ 6 billion in loans last year.

I am self-​employed and had been looking for someone that could get me a mortgage for about 6 months. I had talked to many people who were self-​employment «specialists» and after conversations with them, I always ended up with an offer that was 2−3% higher than current conforming rates and more money down which was unattractive to me.
I was referred to Stephanie from our agent who told us she could get us the loan we needed. Skeptical, we started down the path and she pulled through. We ended up with an incredible rate and hit no snags along the way.
Stephanie and Annie were professional and transparent with what I was going to need and communicated well though the process. I would recommend them and will use them for future mortgages.

Did an excellent job from start to finish. The follow up and follow through were exactly what I needed, as I travel a great deal and expect questions to be answered quickly and fully when I land and have a few minutes to call in. She and her assistant were spot on. Emails and phone calls were answered immediately, and if there was something they didnt know, her team had an answer within minutes.
Great job and great staff. i have had horrible experiences with previous companies in the past but Stephanie and her team showed how a mortgage process should be done!

The best thing about Stephanie’s team is how communicative they are. I originally started a refinance process with another company. After weeks of going through the process with the other company, having a loan fall through because of confusion whether my house is a PUD or a condo, and time after time of only being able to reach their voicemail, I switched to work with Stephanie instead. Stephanie spent a lot of time discussing things with me, and Annie kept in touch with me regularly to let me know when a question came up or more paperwork was needed.
Everyone in their office is very friendly, and I always knew the status of the refi. I’d definitely work with them again.

I’ve dealt with local lenders as well big name banks in the past in purchasing and refinancing but this by far has been the easiest and problem-​free transaction I’ve been through, thanks to the recommendation of my real estate agent.
Stephanie and Annie did an excellent job in getting everything through and we were able to close before the scheduled date! Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and Annie has been on top of things in getting all the required documents in. Highly recommended!

I did my original mortgage in 2013 and had no problems! Stephanie Green and her team are amazing.
They called me recently to let me know do the lower interest rates, so we refinanced and it will save me $ 300/​month and over $ 100k in the long run.
Lots of paperwork but Annie kept me right on track!
Location is great– right next to MHB village for shopping– Tin Roof for eating, Wine tasting at the Vintage shoppe and dessert at Susie Cakes next door!!!

I can not say enough positive things about working with Stephanie and her team. During what was arguably one of the most stressful experience of our lives, Stephanie and her team walked us through the process with such patience, knowledge and support. We were out of our element with many of the topics and issues that came up throughout the process and Stephanie’s team explained everything in terms we could follow while also being incredible resourceful when roadblocks came up. They truly had solutions for everything. Lastly, I will say that it is easy to get irritable during the process given the massive amount of paperwork and data gathering requirements — I am sure we weren’t always pleasant to deal with but it never had an impact on how we were treated by Stephanie and her team. Working with Stephanie and the Platinum Capital team was a great experience. We had an extremely challenging short sale with a very difficult seller bank but Stephanie managed to gather all the paperwork and had it ready ahead of time! She was great calling the people that needed to be called and staying on top of things. Steph and her team did a wonderful job and made my life a lot easier since she was great at organizing and foreseeing potential issues and avoided them.
