I met with Ed on a recommendation from a friend to sell our home and purchase a new one. So glad I did. From day one, Ed and his team have been great! We’ve closed escrow on our house and are almost closed on the new one. Everyone’s been very professional and communicative. Also so patient and quick to answer any questions we’ve had. Ed Kaminskey is our hero! We will never forget how he pulled off a miracle for us in 2009. We were upside down in our condo, but had to sell. Through efficient marketing, smart home staging and strong negotiating, Ed and his team sold our home in THREE days. We had multiple offers and ended up selling over asking, which meant we actually walked away from the sale with some cash!
When the time came to sell our current home we were so excited for the chance to work with Ed again. Once again, we recieved multiple offers and are in escrow less than a week later! We really appreciate Ed’s expertise, Michele’s marketing strategy and the ambitious team of agents who hosted our open houses. Now that we are in escrow, Katie and Emily are coordinating all of the inspection appointments and helping us navigate the piles of papers to sign. If you have been on the Ed Kaminsky website, you’ll notice their average customer are million dollars and up homes. Imagine my dismay when my husband hired Ed and his team to sell our little 3 bedroom townhouse. What does Ed know about people like me?! Boy, did Ed prove me wrong! I had a Hermosa Beach Home that was up for sale for 5 months in 2014. It had a fantastic 180 degree view and in tip top shape. We had several people look at the house but could not even get an offer from the previous realtor. After meeting with Tina & Ed, we signed documents, and arranged to have the home «staged». As it worked out, the house was SOLD for the amount we asked long before we could even get it staged. The Ed and Tina Team cannot be beat! They are very experienced, and very easy to work with.
