Why am I different than other real estate agents?
Ans: I feel like I can make a difference. One family at a time. Whether you are selling or buying, there is no conflict of interest — I will only represent your side of the transaction. Once you become my customer, you are my customer for life and I do appreciate your business from bottom of my heart.
I have the passion for real estate, I have the heart and most importantly the patience to work with first time home buyers! For many real estate agents, first time home buyers are a headache because it takes a long time for them to purchase a home.
I feel just the opposite, I feel excited working with first time home buyers and diligently guide them through perhaps the biggest purchase of their lives. I can help! This is a very big part of who I am.

Business Owner
I was born and raised in Taiwan and came to the United States when I was thirteen years old. I attended the University of California at Irvine, and graduated with degrees in computer science and international studies. I was a computer programmer for about 10 years, when I decided to return to Taiwan and start my own computer consulting company. I learned then that my passion was not in the tech world.
I needed to talk to and see people; interact with them and do something that would help me help others. This is a very big part of who I am.
At home again, in California, I went to work for Hilti Power Tools, as a sales manager. I bought my home in 2009, and that is when I knew I wanted to become a REALTOR®.
My goal is to not only help you buy a house, but to also provide my expertise to show you how you can enjoy your home more without spending a fortune, and be in a more comfortable place.
