Dr. Simakovsky has graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in 1983. After practicing in NJ where he ran a chiropractic department in multidisciplinary clinic he entered into private practice in Manhatten. He was born in Russia, where he studied medicine, and immigrated to USA in 1977.
