Ms. Carroll was nothing short of genius at our wedding in October. About half way through the planning process, it turned out that our venue was no longer available, and we were going to have several additional guests, including some with special dietary needs (primarily vegetarians). Without hesitation, Anstice retooled our initial arrangements, changed the menu, and was able to «cater» (literally) to our new venue’s needs. The food – as well as the staff and service – went above and beyond our expectations. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I understand that she does smaller events, and will certainly keep her in mind in the future. Our experience with her was wonderful.
