Really disappointed in the decline of service over the years. Have used this place for convenience for wash and fold since they are across the street, but will be using cleanly instead moving forward. I have received laundry back over the last couple of months that is stained, torn, or plain missing. All my nice underwear that I have ever submitted as part of wash and fold has not made its way back to me, but sometimes a strange sock is mysteriously included. I’m not sure what their laundering process is, but it is straight up horrendous, and I would rather manually scrub my duvet cover in my bathtub rather than submit it for a «cleaning» here where it returns with boot marks and ink stains

Expensive. Open very late. Close very early. Especially when you drag all your clothes down there in the cold at 8;15 to see they still are closed (7;30 open). During work week too. Wastes your morning and evenings if you have a job. It sucks. Find another cleaner. I am.

Really bummed. I think they must have changed ownership since I last used them as none of the original guys were there this last time and the quality of cleaning had dropped significantly — notably the clean left that nasty chemical smell on the clothes and one of the garments had a weird mark on it that looked like dried glue or something.
