History

Established in 2010.

My name is Kimberley and I established Aristopets in 2010 mainly because of my love for all creatures great and small. But secondarily due to my personal experience with the lack of reliable, ongoing pet care available in Manhattan. Of course, there are an abundance of pet care companies and individuals that claim to be reliable and trustworthy but none that have ever kept me coming back. I have personally used these services in the past for my own four-​legged family members and found myself dissatisfied with the commitment levels of both agency and individual pet care providers. I’m here to change that.

I am a lifelong pet owner with 2 dogs and 3 cats. In addition, I am a supporter of many no-​kill rescue shelters. My mother ran a no-​kill animal shelter for over a decade, so you can say it runs in the family. I donate monthly to Second Chance Animal Rescue. Aristopets is fully bonded and insured by Pet Sitters Associates (ID#62 602) for your security. Most importantly, I am extremely flexible, dedicated and ready to meet your pet today!
