Went into the store with my own iPhones to get setup for my Dad and I. I didn’t know what to expect, having bad experiences in the past with other cellular competitors. I was a little thrown off by the check-in process they have but they decided to skip that and BEN the manager began to help me immediately. Once a rep was available they handed me off to HARRISON. He was great! He didn’t care that I brought my own iPhones in to setup for service. He was kind, very knowledgable and fast! I never expected to be in and out of the store so quickly. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Don’t waste your time. Just call AT&T or go to Best Buy because the employees at the AT&T store can’t fix, set up, sell or understand anything. Been there a few time and the end result is the same– had to call AT&T.the employees are rude too.
