B Cool Air Conditioning and Repair Service

isaac beitner is extremely unprofessional. i was supposed to get 2 units at 1200 each but he only delivered 1 unit and took 2400. every day he tells me he will bring in the 2^nd unit «tomorrow». it has almost been 2 months and i am sick of playing phone/​email tag with him. his reviews on google are false as they are all written by him. will never work with him again and i suggest you dont either. currently pursuing a civil suit against him.

Lies to the customer about when he’ll show up for the work ad can’t diagnose even the most basic of problems. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. If he has a license, it must be for underwater basket weaving because he knows nothing of AC units.

This guy is a complete A-​Hole.
screaming at me in front of customers.
his job was supposed to be done from day one.
then he had some other subcontractor come that didn’t know what he was doing.
he wasn’t even around to project manage.
kept on promising he’d be back to fix it.
then wouldn’t show up.
then had two other subcontractors come who then broke my window.
then said he would be back to fix the window and didn’t show up.
then said he would come back to fix it in the evening, didn’t call until i did and claimed he was tired and was going to come tomorrow. then he proceeded to yell at me on the phone and demanded i pay him the remainder of his bill.
he is volatile and conducts HORRIBLE business.
he is abusive and takes advantage of people.
please be very weary when you decide on who to get cooled off by as he is obviously the one bringing in the heat.
horrible horrible customer service.
horrible person.
