Baskin Robbins

Energetic cashier accepted and charged for America’s Birthday Cake flavor, but the staffer at the Baskin refused to prepare it.

We live in the neighborhood, and frequent this Dunkin/​Baskin combo. Went in tonight with my daughter to get ice cream. We both got a cone. The ice cream was not pushed down far enough in the cones, and once we got out the door, the whole scoop from my daughter’s cone fell on the floor. We brought the empty cone back into the store, explained what happened, and asked for another scoop — but this time in a cup. They had the nerve to charge us full price, $ 2.99 for another scoop. I wasn’t expecting it for free, but a small gesture like a 10% discount or??? would have created tremendous good will. I will not be back to this location. .. ever.
Further disappointment (for me). .. they didn’t even have the ice cream flavor they were advertising, and which we came in for: Crème Brulee!!! :-(

Super nice people! Last minute bday cake– they helped me pick out a cake, wrote on it, sold me candles, and gave me spoons and plates. All in like.5 minutes. Awesome!!!

Small location & the ice cream selection could be better. However, the guy who helped me was polite enough. This one is sandwiched in between a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts. If you want to sit down & eat, don’t do it here since space seems to be at a serious premium. Okay place if you’re trying to cash in your birthday coupon like I was but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
