By far THE WORST business you could order medical spa products or equipment from. The company was about to charge our office $ 216 for an elevator shipping fee because we are located on second floor level. Because this was not stated on our confirmation receipt already we did not get notice of the $ 216 until the shipping company had come to our office ready to drop off the equipment. The staff we had talked to about this issue are rude and have ABSOLUTLY NO good customer service qualities.
