History

Established in 2008.

BellyFull Events’ co-​founders Matt Geraldi and Stephen Starosta’s goal was to create an event management/​catering company that combines every aspect of event planning including venue acquisitions, event design (lighting, media displays et al), entertainment options, floral design, photography, a five-​star waitstaff as well as the very best in New York food services. Teamed with rising culinary star, Chef Sami Toujani, BellyFull now has such high profile clients such as The Washington Post, IntraLinks, DeLaneau Luxury Swiss Watches to name a few. Although BellyFull is best known for corporate events, BellyFull is also available for all private affairs including weddings and intimate dinner/​cocktail parties. Plans for the near future include the opening of BellyFull Los Angeles and BellyFull Chicago.

Manager

As an actor and model who has walked the catwalks of Europe and who was featured on an HBO comedy series, Matt always moonlighted by shaking his cocktail shaker at private parties all over Manhattan. (In fact, among some circles, Matt single-​handedly is responsible for the fashionable return of the Manhattan.) All kidding aside, for the last 15 years Matt has worked for some of New Yorks best and worst catering companies. He also worked in some of the hottest restaurants for over twenty years in both New York and his hometown, Chicago, which kept him on top of the lastest trends in haute cuisine. Fortunately, as co-​founder of BellyFull Events, all that moonlighting will not go to waste, but will be the base for great events to come. Matts use of his extensive background in every facet of event planning will make your event spectacular.
