Bought a Sprint Samsung Galaxy SII. Had a hotspot add-on that didn’t work with my computer. Tried 4 different computers and none worked. Brought phone back to store. Salesman tried to talk me into an EVO instead. They don’t carry any stock it seems on the newer phones and the Galaxy SII had to be ordered. I was told I would have to get a new number. I couldn’t keep my own number. On top of that I had to pay a $ 36 restocking fee. On top of that he told me that my bill would be over $ 350 the coming month because I bought two phones and two plans. I would have to wait until Sprint refunded me for the old plan. I just wanted a new phone that worked with the number I had because I had already told so many people the new Sprint number. I didn’t want to have to tell them again. In the end I returned the phone and closed the account after 8 days. He returned some of the money minus $ 97 dollars. On top of that I will have to pay the pro-rated bill Sprint sends me next month. Expensive for 8 days. All I wanted was a working phone. BEWARE!!!
