I am currently hired by Carlos Oliviera Soccer Academy as an assistant coach and a head coach at times. In the academy, I coach kids from ages 2 to 14. In order to work with kids at this age range, one must have lots of patience. I always have patience, and my patience, over my three years of working with this soccer academy, has grown more since my start of the job. When I coach soccer, I coach because I love to teach the sport that I have a passion for ever since a kid. The money is not what is the most important to me. Rather, I care more about teaching and helping my students enhance their skills. However, I have not only worked with kids who have soccer skills, but also with kids who have no knowledge of the game, but want to learn. I do not and will never discriminate because one has the right and potential to be good at anything one puts one’s mindset into. Moreover, the way I coach is in a very patient, fun, and skillful manner.
