Carte Blanche Catering & Private Chef

So this is the first time that I ever write a review on Unilocal.I thought that it was truly important for me to share the amazing experience with chef Vincent from Carte Blanche. I had planned on having a surprise dinner for my boyfriend the day before valentines day (today!) it turns out that we had a snow storm all morning so I was very disappointed because after so much planning I thought the chef would cancel, boy was I wrong! Chef Vincent showed up at my door on time, with a great attitude and ready to cook. Throughout the entire time he was very professional, truly caring about what we wanted and determined to make this the best dining experience we ever had and it was! The food was delicious! I enjoyed every bit of it and enjoyed his personal touches. He really takes pride in delivering a fresh and flavorful product. I was so please with his services and food that I am determined to recommend him to all my friends. I will definelty be hiring him again! Thank you so much Chef Vincent for making this evening so special! :)

What a Chef!!!
Not only is he an amazingly talented young man, but he’s as resourceful, affordable and efficient as well.
Ever year, the burden of having to plan an 80+ holiday party falls on my shoulders. This year wasn’t any different.
I’ve recently had the pleasure to meet the Chef through a friend who used his services for her wedding. I was really impress by the food… I mean really. So i decided to jump off my usual wagon and go outside of my comfort zone.
To be honest, i was quite nervous given the fact that it was my first time dealing with him but i was quickly reassured that he did know what he was doing.
To sum it up, the party was a success, and by it i mean that i received several emails from various people congratulating me on a job well done.
It did made me feel great.
Carte Blanche is the way to go, they definitely deliver enough said…

You want to try that chef!!! You choose what you want, he does your menu like a 3stars restaurant and you just have to enjoy the evening with your guest. Thanks again chef…

I had the chance to attend a Pop-​Up event organized by Chef Vincent Tournayre and I have to say it was a wonderful experience.
The food was amazing, worthy of a 4 stars Michelins Chef. I loved the intimacy of the location chosen, the crowd and the atmosfear and the fact that you could see the chef cooking with his team.
I’m definitely signing up for the next event as the price was great and I got to meet nice people!!!
