Dr. Klempner in one word is amazing. If you are afraid of the dentist look no further you found your man. He uses high tech vibration machinery to numb your gums without feeling the shot if you have dental work done. I had a root canal and crown down. The crown was made in the office with this amazing machinery that creates your crown on the spot!!! I feel fantastic and my teeth look great. Rosa who works in the billing and scheduling area is amazing too. She is so sweet and goes above and beyond !

I’m new to NYC and getting dental work done is never an easy to-​do, but with Dr. Oleg’s help I had my first cavity fill done without any pain. He has this hi-​tech vibration tool that distracts your nerves from feeling pain while he’s giving you numbing medication through a needle. It was crazy and so effective! I’m confident in the work he does and happy with the results.

Dr. Klempner and the whole staff are just terrific. Thanks to my poor luck in the genetic lotto, my teeth have always been problematic, and so I’ve been to many dentists over the past 40-​something years. Of all of them, Dr. Klempner is my favorite. He’s a very warm and reassuring professional, and his staff is friendly as can be. I only have two thumbs, but I’d hold up three if I had an extra one. A+++!!!

Simply amazing dentist. I needed an emergency dental procedure done while i was at work in midtown Manhattan. i called up couple of dental office and no one would take me in. When i called the office of Dr. Oleg Klempner, the staff was so nice and understanding, she was able to move few appointments around to help me with my dental emergency. When the Dr examined me, he found the problem right away and within minutes i was pain free. Thank you for everything

I have been going to Dr. Klempner for years and will go nowhere else as long as he is in business. He is simply the most thorough and caring dentist I have ever worked with. His demeanor is always pleasant yet professional. On the rare occasion that I had problems, I was able to be squeezed in to see Dr. Klempner the same day.
His office in midtown at Central Park South has «all» the latest technology (can even make crowns in the office while you wait) and the staff/​assistants could not be friendlier. They work with my insurance, which is how I found him in the first place. I have since recommended him to my actor friends and they have all thanked me later and continue to be patients of his as well.
I read the 1 star review and to me this sounds like someone with an axe to grind or trying to do damage to this practice. Yes, he has other offices but he is the «only» dentist performing major dental services. If you want to see him they will tell you what days he is in a particular office. He is an excellent dentist and this has been my experience with this practice for many years now.

As another person mentioned, there are 3 different locations. I go to the one on knickerbocker ave. I was a skeptic at first because I have had dentists not know what they were doing, and also because of the area. This has actually been the best dental office I had ever been to. I did not have Dr. Klempner, but an associate and she is the sweetest and most gentle dentist I have ever had. I have actually referred many people here. I dont remember the name of the dentist, but she is young and has braces on. Great dentist!

I’ve been to my fair share of dentists. Dr. Oleg Klempner is by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. He’s nice, calm, gentle, VERY thorough. I went in on an emergency case and he didn’t give me a giant estimate and scare me away he focused on the main problem at hand, went over all the payment options with me, and waited till i decided what I wanted to do. He did the first part of the root canal. in 15 minutes!
I’m a bit of a pansy when I go to the dentist he just waiting patiently till I was ready for him to start even though it was already 6pm!
I have never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist office!
Oh!!! AND his receptionist is one of the nicest receptionists ever! I’m originally from TX so for me to think of NY’ers as some of the nicest people ever. you know he/​she has to be incredibly nice! I must’ve called her a hundred times and she was sooooo patient and extra nice.
Overall– dentist and staff included– best dentist experience ever!
