History
Established in 1987.
Manuel Cruz the founder of Chimichury El Malecon started the first vending trailer selling Chimichurri’s in Inwood Manhattan in 1987. He built a trailer from the ground up by hand. That trailer started a wave of imitators and
shortly after, Chimi trucks started to appear on almost ever corner.
The truck on 207 has been closed this year. However, we are going back to the hand build trailer motif and will be reopening in August 2010.
Get ready for Flavor to return to Inwood.
