Chocolate Covered Everything makes artisan chocolates as well as healthier all natural desserts and baked goods.
At Chocolate Covered Everything, we’re always striving to make the yummiest treats in the most natural ways. We’re constantly testing and adding as much «healthy» as possible into everything we make… Without sacrificing flavor, of course! We use organic ingredients whenever possible — we don’t add any preservatives, chemicals, food coloring, lard, hydrogenated oils, or high-fructose corn syrup.
We’ve worked very hard at Chocolate Covered Everything to come up with a unique chocolate blend that is the perfect balance between dark chocolate and milk chocolate so it appeals to everyone. No matter what your chocolate preference, we know you’ll fall in love with our products, just like everyone who came before you. Our chocolate contains pure ingredients, which includes pure cane sugar, real vanilla, and cocoa butter. Our chocolate does not contain milk butter or milk fat.
History
Established in 2009.
Chocolate Covered Everything was founded in 2009, but really began in 1981, when April Landes was only 9 years old. April was taught how to make chocolate covered strawberries at an after school event, and has been making them — and other desserts ever since.
About 15 years ago, April started making healthier all natural treats… Back then it was hard to find nutritious snacks without chemicals, that actually tasted good. She began with health clusters for those times you want something sweet & crunchy, but should be eating protein & fiber. Then she created innards, for those times when you need something richer with even more protein… What a peanut butter cup should taste like!
Chocolate Covered Everything is based on April’s philosophy that you can’t change what people want to eat, so it’s best to give them what they want & just sneak the «healthy» into it. We’re always working on ways to sneak the «healthy» into our treats so you don’t have to worry about what you’re eating.
