Unfortunately, I worked for this company for a while. One might think that would account for a biased review, but I think it actually that it gives me adequate insight into the inner workings that potential customers deserve to know. The people than run this place are awful, unprofessional, and shady. The turnover is ridiculous because they treat their employees like garbage and lure in unemployed women with promises of experience and nonsensical tales about why the don’t even offer basic benefits or a living wage. They have people doing maintenance and electrical work that they are, in no way, certified to do. They do the bare minimum as far as upkeep is concerned, and the majority of these places are practically falling apart. It would be an absolute miracle if no one takes legal action in the near future. David, the owner, is pretty much the definition of a slumlord, and misogynist to boot. I would highly suggest taking your business relatively anywhere else. Truly. You have been warned.

Lindsay the community manager is the best! Totally professional and pleasure to work with on everything business. The shared office space is obviously taking off in a big way and Lindsay sets the standard for how to run the show.

conference rooms get crowded, but I think that’s just part of being in any office with open seating plans these days.

It’s been a great place for our business. Lindsay hosts great events and is a great first impression for our clients. It’s a nice environment to work in and people are happy to connect.

Coalition at Flatiron has been an excellent experience for us as a young and growing company. It’s a great work environment with plenty of other startup companies to network with and fun attitude around the office. Highly recommend to any startup company looking for a top combination of size office space, environment and value!

I spent about 10 months renting an office at 902 Broadway. While my experience was a mixed bag, the overall feeling is overwhelmingly sour.
Pros:
1. Excellent location.
2. Friendly and helpful front office staff.
3. Decent system for reserving conference rooms, managing badges, and paying invoices.
Cons:
1. It’s been over 3 months since I vacated the office. I still don’t have my deposit back. They will answer every 10^th email/​call with vague responses like «I’ll put another request in,» or «let me look into it.» They’re worse than the cable company.
2. Sales people were are a huge pain to deal with. Unanswered calls, emails, constant mistakes in the contract.
3. Expect internet to go out every few weeks.
4. When I first moved in, they didn’t even bother cleaning the office.
I would stay away from this space.
