This place is an absolute joke. Very unprofessional and unskilled staff. I went in for a blow out before a work event, ended up in rollers for 40 minutes, and then they ended up blowing my hair into a frizzy burned mess. I had to go home and redo the entire thing. They didn’t bother to check that my hair was soft before starting the 2 hours of torture on my scalp. I also did not see a cosmetology license in the entire shop. I should have run out after they took the rollers out and my hair just fell limp but I gave it a chance and it was a terrible experience.
