Dream Development

I have worked with Sonya through a few seasons of transition in my life. I’ve always believed myself to be independent enough to tough through and grow through life’s many changes but there have been those moments when the road was less clear where Sonya’s clarity of vision was as a diamond on the path.
As a creative and an educator, I have many endeavors that I work on and towards, simultaneously. Sonya offers an external perspective, when sought, that is encouraging and inspiring yet respects the individuals process and vision offering only what is necessary to build the inner strength and momentum necessary go forth on the journey.
Sonya, an avid reader, has a unique ability to pull from what seems to be an endless source of inspiration that allows for many possibilities in problem solving and as many approaches. Meanwhile, and at all times, Sonya maintains a spirit of excellence, an incredible mixture of humility and strength, a tried and tested noble character, a mindfulness and respect of time and the endurance to walk each unique process through to completion as a cheerful supporter on the sidelines and never the enabler.

Sonya is very detail oriented from beginning to end. She makes you feel involved as she asks you specific questions about your goals and ideas. She provokes thought that initially you may have wanted to go one direction, but instead realize your path is somewhere else.
Her focus is like a laser beam which is great for people like me who have thoughts scattered everywhere. Her personality is amazing as she never condemns you but knows how to be firm when necessary. Her ideas are limitless and outside of the box and her enthusiasm is the same for any project she works on.

This is my second time working with Sonya. The first time was to help me discover my dreams and developing a mission and vision statement as well as a life code. Those things were helpful even as I did the opposite in life because they never let me lose sight of where I would someday return to walk out when my character was ready.
Eight years later I am actually ready and able to walk those statements out, so this time she is walking with me to keep me accountable to vision that is in my hands and challenging me to go beyond my strategies and plans.
In terms of the service– I would say the more you put into to it — the more you will get out of it.
She worked with my budget… she is worth at least $ 125/hr…so I know based on the agreement we have… I am not wasting her time or my seed money to develop what has been given to me.
