Be careful people specially in Chicago. We recently rented a party bus with this company in Chicago. The chauffeur stole a camera and returned it a couple days later because we had the police involve. BE CAREFUL. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
They think that we are drunk and probably hanging out with strangers, But we are not stupid.

I booked Empire to drive myself, my Vice President and President from LaGuardia into the city. Though the driver was on time, the car was filthy (the driver cleared away fast food debris as we entered the vehicle). It also reeked of smoke. I’ve left four messages to discuss my complaint and no one has returned my call. DO NOT USE!
