I got Tina who was super lazy and didnt love her job defiantely. I went for a gel manicure and she did not even want to do my cuticles. Had to remind her which is a very bad attitude. The free 2 min massage got over before it even started. I am a regular at this place and love it always except for this time. :(

I got Veronica, who took her time & really went to work. She paid attention to detail and did a great job. I love how it came out & just waiting to see how long the polish lasts.

8 Days & $ 60 dollars later and the thumb nail cracks, along with polish fading. The nail is super short already. I don’t understand how it can crack so quickly. I’m very disappointed with this and they will never see me again.

$ 10 manicure. Great selection of Essie Nail polish. Got it done during my lunch break – so quick and actually lasted a long time for non-​gel

My coworkers and I have been coming to this salon for a long time, but as of late the service and experience has been declining. When we went this week over lunch we had appts for 4 people and they ended up making us wait because there were walk-​ins at the same time. They then proceeded to split our group up and kept confusing us with another group of women. They moved our seats upwards of 4 times for each of us throughout the appointment and kept changing who was taking care of us. Everything was very hectic and the opposite of relaxing. The manicurists rushed (even after we asked them to slow down multiple times) and did a poor job and we all still had wax stuck to our feet after our spa pedicures.
When the woman in charge asked if everything went well at the end of the appt, we answered honestly and said no. Her response was «Oh.» She then walked away with no apology or acknowledgement that we were very unhappy. To finish off what was a horrible experience, less than 24 hours later and my pedicure has already chipped. The last two times we went I let it slide but the third time is the charm. We will no longer be visiting this salon.

Just stopped in for a 20 minute chair massage before work.
A. No timer used, so while I think it was 20 minutes, it’s definitely more of a «give or take.»
B. I have no problem honoring a «request you pay cash for anything under $ 20.» When I receive a 20 minute «give or take» chair massage for $ 31 and I’m using my card, I don’t expect to be told-​not asked– «You pay cash next time.»
I was thinking of going back, but it’s those little rude subtleties that keep me from nail salons in NYC, considering there is one every three blocks. Maybe I’ll pay cash next time. Just not here.

I need to update this review because the last several times I’ve gone my manicures have chipped within a day. They are absolutely diluting their polish and I need to find a new place!

This is my go to place for my gel manicure, pedicure and waxing. They are very nice and take good care of you. They do a ton of «add ons» to raise the price but saying no will not cause them to do a bad job on your nails.

I don’t think I’ve had worse mani/​pedicure than the experience I had here. I was in the neighborhood waiting for someone so I decided to find a place nearby to get my nails done (I had gel mani). The salon is not bad at all, seemed very clean and relatively new and spacious so I decided to go in an give a try. I don’t know if I was just unlucky that day, the girl, I think her name is Sonia, who did my nails were so bad at it… She was rough and careless. She hurt me multiple times when she was filing my nails and when she was trimming my cuticles, and never apologized. When she was putting the coat and color on, she was extremely extremely messy. She got gel everywhere on my hand and her own figures-it’s worse than when I do my own nails using my left hand to paint my right. She kept missing spots/​sides, even when she was putting the coat on! So she had to go back and forth to each nail. The result is awful and there was no communication the whole time, although I still gave her a 20% tip. I went there late afternoon on a Saturday, and I was the only customer there. I’m not surprised they don’t have good business after my experience.

Mani-​Pedi looks alright. What i really do not appreciate is their customer service. Technicians are extremely rude, especially the lady who is at the front desk. Also, they will get mad at you if you pay with a card under $ 20… Excuse me if I do not have cash on me! Money is money. Never coming back here again! Extremely bad service.

This is a great nail salon! The employees are very attentive and always treat me nicely. They have a great array of polishes, and even a variety of gel to vinylux and other long lasting polish styles.
This is my go-​to salon and the prices are very affordable and everyone is a hard worker! Thanks!

Clean nail salon near my work with a decent color selection and friendly employees. Certainly not the cheapest in the area – I feel a bit more nickled and dimed than usual with the $ 10 extra for callous removal and $ 1 for Seche Vite quick dry top coat, but its convenience tends to beat out all other factors.

Great little gem in the heart of midtown 2 min walk from Macys. Very quick very clean great selection of colors. On a Friday afternoon I was in and out in 45 minutes for a manicure! Reasonably priced under 12 for a mani! I will definitely be back! Oh they have late hours too!

Prompt and friendly service as soon as I walked in the door. Manicure was quick and done well. Unusual technique for the back massage (lots of circular and erratic movements) but for $ 22 (manicure + massage), I’ll take it.

Around the block from work so it’s convenient… but received the worst french manicure ever.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
I was here with clients and had 12:30 appointments. They didn’t have technicians ready for us till 1p (a full half hour after our appointments). Then when they did finally start with us they were rushing our manicures/​pedicures to keep up with the walk ins.
My gel manicure is a mess.

Mani, Pedi, + a 10 min massage during both the mani and pedi for $ 54. COMPLETELY WORTH IT. My nails looked great, and the massages were absolutely fantastic. See Rosa.
The salon is very clean. I would definitely go back.

3.5 stars– I come here more often than other nail salons in the city because its right next door to me. Salon is clean, great selection of nail polishes and prices are in line with other nail places in the city. Also one of the only nail salons I’ve been to in the city that successfully gave me a matte mani. Not giving it 4 stars because everyone who works there always, always tries to upsell you. Super annoying –_-.

Great spot! If you’re ever in the area and need a quick amazing mani pedi job go here. The girls are so sweet! They offered to let me try some Korean coffee which was amazing! The spa pedicure felt so relaxing and the place was clean and very roomy.

I always come here for gel manicures. This place is clean and has cool tables where the UV light is built in. I’ve never seen that in other salons. Overall, the gel manicures were really good and the gel lasted for weeks without chipping (2 weeks to be exact before my nails grew out).
However, last time I went, my nail technician pushed my cuticles so hard that 2 of them bled. It was pretty careless how she was doing my nails after I said it hurt. I hope it’s just a 1 time thing that won’t happen again.

This is my new fav salon — inexpensive and great service! When they opened up, I took a chance and went in for a mani-​pedi. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated and the ambiance was beyond reproach (Clean & Stylish). Soon after my first visit, I came back for ear candling and another mani-​pedi. ;) Sunny and the spa staff are really cool — chatty, quick and do lasting work — I can go a month without having to come back but I come back as often as I can. They are the best!
When I get the nerve, I’ll try a waxing during my next visit ;)
