This company completely wasted my time when I was inquiring about flowers for a significant event. My contact point went MIA and mismanaged my expectations. I am extremely disappointed with my experience there. It’s completely transactional and no sense of ownership with who I was dealing with. Please beware.

I was given the biggest run around with this company and it has continued for well over 1 month. They delivered a Christmas Tree to our apartment. We live in a high-​end, high rise in San Francisco. I was shown huge tall trees that were beautifully decorated and very ornate. Because we have high ceilings I was promised a tall tree. The day it was delivered I immediately had correspondents with Kelley and asked her to come and pick the tree back up. It was nothing close to what her pin boards reflected. On top of everything the folks that delivered the tree dragged it through our apartment and the hall near my elevator and left a path of debris and tons of glitter that I had to spend an hour cleaning up.
This has now gone on forever and I just informed Kelley last night that I had to dismantle the tree myself which was very difficult and given the poor communication and customer service that I would not be paying for the tree. Ironically, my credit card was charged a few hours later. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. This was an extremely important Christmas for us as it was my youngest son’s first Christmas. We couldn’t even take family pictures…

Use caution when working with this company. They charge your credit card when not authorized. In addition, if they don’t want you as a customer anymore they will send hideous arrangements to get you to cancel. See picture and you will understand…
I have used this company for a couple of years now for biweekly home deliveries.
In the last few months the quality and overall final product has not been what was mutually agreed upon.
It’s frustrating when merchants are not upfront with consumers with things such as pricing. I even offered to pay more for my product but that was ignored.
Guess they prefer larger institutional orders over retail.

This is the place to get flowers if you ever need to get someone any. I could see myself using this place to have flowers delivered for a girlfriend’s birthday or for a female colleague.
I myself have received two floral arrangements from here that were overnighted to me (though they also have a subscription service, which is a kick ass gift, btw) and both blew me away with the freshness, the arrangement, and the stately elegance. The second bouquet of flowers I received from here was the best bouquet of flowers I have ever seen (and I’ve seen a lot as I’m always getting my mom flowers on holidays).
The roses actually opened up around 4 days after receipt and that is when the flowers looked the best. The flowers were beautiful as received, but I rearranged by taking some stuff out when the roses opened up and the arrangement looked even better. Their arrangements start off fat but by the end I had changed it into a lighter but more elegant set-​up (something I have never bothered to do before with flowers but these were just amazing). The flowers themselves lasted a full week. The quality is the best and the flowers come in a cylindrical clear vase. This is the place I would turn to for in-​Manhattan flower delivery.

Couldn’t be happier with the delivery I got from H. BLOOM! I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Usually the delivery never looks as good as the pictures on the website, but H. BLOOM exceeded all expectations.
More affordable than some of the boutique shops I’m used to calling on, H. BLOOM seemed to have the right arrangement at the right price.

Live in New York and tried to use this service to send flowers to my friend in DC. The website was great and easy to use, great photos of the exact type of elegant, modern arrangement I was looking for. I was so psyched when it was recommended to me. I guess I should have done my homework on Unilocal.
My friend still has no flowers a full FOUR DAYS after the scheduled delivery date.
Two days ago customer service said they’d rectify the situation by sending an «enhanced» arrangement and yet my friend still has flowers.
For a time-​sensitive occasion like a birthday, this will not cut it.
No use being a good florist if you can’t deliver.

they offer a subscribtion service weekly or monthly your choice they have 2 type of flower that you can choose and they will deliver by hand on the day of your choice.
so far, in the past 4 times i got the flowers –they were all pretty and so beautiful!
but the flower doesnt last that long– it actually last about a week.
it wish that they would offer flower that have a shelf live longer than a week cos i think it sound too much to have pay for 35 $ a week for flower.

This is a review of their subscription delivery service. Delivery itself was great. Sadly, the flowers didn’t last. The first delivery contained roses that were visibly wilting on arrival. I had to remove many of the flowers after two days. I changed to «arrange your own» since I’d had to arrange my own the first time, anyway, after removing wilted flowers. Big mistake. This was a grouping of flowers that in terms of height and color just didn’t work together at all. It seemed just to be leftovers. A few of the flowers held up well (the single hyacinth and a few ranunculus), but the colors were just ugly together. I felt like they were saying, Oh, so you think y ou can arrange flowers? Try THESE.
I’m afraid I can’t justify spending money on this, which is too bad, because it’s a great idea.

This place had some flowers I have never seen before. I have no idea where they got them but they were beautiful. The staff members were very friendly. They even sent me some fancy login to track my flowers online. Very professional. I only get flowers on Valentines Day so I will definitively be going back as long as I have some to give flowers to.

I stumbled upon H. Bloom on a recent trip to NYC with my wife. Thought I would surprise my wife with some flowers «just because». I really liked the uniqueness of their arrangements.
The bouquet that arrived was amazing. There were flowers in there that I had never seen before. The whole presentation was top notch. The vase came in a neat little box and card was elegantly attached. Not like what you would usually get from a FTD florist with one of the three pronged plastic forks sticking up out of the flowers.
What’s really cool about this business is that you can buy a subscription. They will deliver one of these hand crafted arrangements every week. Seems like it would be a perfect gift.
To bad they are only in Manhattan right now.
