Handyman Eddie

Eddie did work in our nursery. He patched, painted, added crown molding, and decorative trim on our doors. He was incredibly fair priced, wonderful with my daughter, respectful, and cleaned up after himself. The work looks excellent. He also installed an air conditioner for us and fixed some minor loose kitchen cabinet doors and dishwasher. I would highly recommend Eddie. I plan to use him for all future projects.

Your search is over! You’ve arrived at the absolute best helper you could ask for! Eddie has been doing all kinds of work in my newly moved in apt. in Manhattan, for about a year now. I’ve even put off this review because once it’s read, I’m sure he will get super busy, and I jealously wanted to extend his availability here at my place. He’s hung up a hundred things and always precedes this by folding a little painters tape and positioning it right underneath where he’s going to drill, to catch the dust that would have otherwise fallen all over the floor. That’s what a neat freak like myself would call BRILLIANT! He’s built shelves, gotten rid of a spaghetti-​ville of wires from underneath the TV, assembled a fireplace and cabinet, and transformed a doll house sized kitchen into an easily accessible and gadget friendly delight! His muscle might is a big plus for any grandmother type like myself when it comes to air– condition installing and all the other hefty hauling and lifting necessary during a move. When the Pope’s visits NYC this year I’m going to try to catch his ear and whisper a certain name in it, to consider for canonization. Now if that’s not the pinnacle of a recommendation… what is?

Eddie is fantastic. We recently bought a house, which means lots and lots of projects. Eddie was great– accommodating to our crazy schedule, great communication (just text him!), and most importantly: he did great work at a fair price. Eddie has done some electrical and plaster work in our place, and I already have a long list of things to have him come back to help us with. Definitely recommend him to anyone feeling overwhelmed by home improvement jobs!

He was amazing and very friendly! Installed our blinds and curtains perfectly for a very reasonable price, and stayed overtime to make sure it was perfect and didn’t charge more (we gave him a big tip). Would definitely recommend him and use him again!

Eddie was so helpful & accommodating. He gave me a very fair price, knew what he was doing, and was done pretty quickly. I’d certainly ring him up again the next time that I need any help around the home!

Eddie is amazing! I need a TV mounted in my office as well as a painting hung. I called him the day of and I was lucky enough he was in the area and able to stop by within the hour. He is extremely pleasant and very professional. i will most certainly be calling him again for future projects.

Eddie is trustworthy, has great communication, listens to the expectations and needs of the client and does a great job at the work. I have used his services for major and minor electrical work, painting, remodeling and odd jobs in both commercial and residential space. I highly recommend him.

Eddie has done several projects for me, from installing lights and handling electrical wiring — to the installation of new faucets. He is easy to work with, obviously very skilled, incredibly thorough and neat. Each time he’s worked in my space, he has treated it with care and left it in better condition that when he found it. I’d highly recommend him.

When I first moved to Manhattan, I had no closet in my apartment! So Eddie helped me install shelves and racks on my wall to create my own closet. He was patient, helpful, hardworking and kind. He was also very accommodating. He is a great handyman! I highly recommend him.

Eddie has done several projects for me. The first was installing a light over my dining room table in one apartment. There was no previous fixture, so he had to open up the ceiling and wall to install a light switch, run the wire, and then hang the fixture. It looked perfect – as if it had always been there! He also painted several apartments for me as well and has hung a lot of blinds. All excellent jobs. In fact, he was such a great handyman – and so helpful, that I eventually just married him. :-)
