Prior to 1991 I was a Controller and Vice President of Finance for various firms. I decided to start my own CPA Practice in 1991. I also teach at NYU and Baruch.

Originally, I worked for various accounting firms over a ten year period doing audits, reviews, and compilations as well as preparing various tax returns. Then I «went private» and became a Controller and Vice President of Finance for a few companies over the next ten years. For some of these companies I was significantly involved in Mergers & Acquisitions. In the summer of 1991, I started my own CPA Practice and I also teach various accounting and finance courses at Nyack, NYU, & Baruch.

I appeared on «Good Day New York» (Fox Channel 5) in January 1999. I also appeared in various magazines and in an article on page one in the Wall Street Journal (⁰³⁄₀₂). I also went to China in 1^st week of January 2003 to help Chinese students prepare for US Certified Financial Analysis exam. My book, Real Estate Accounting & Taxation, was published in 2008.
