Dr. Thurm specializes in minimal invasive surgery (MIS). MIS corrects foot deformities and pathologies through a very small incision. MIS allows patients to walk on their feet immediately without the need of casts, crutches or canes!

Most patients can return to work the next day after most procedures, meaning less down time and a quick return to normal activities! By utilizing this special technique, there is much less exposure, soft tissue injury, swelling, and scarring, thereby reducing pain. There is also no use of pins, wires or screws that can break or need to be removed with another surgery.

We offer sedation if you wish and the procedures are performed in a private operatory, meaning no long wait at the hospital. We offer laser treatments in the office and we have two locations for your convenience.

We work with most insurance companies to minimize out of pocket costs and we do all of the paper wok in our office.

Foot surgeries used to be major procedures that took hours and involved months of pain and time spent off your feet. Dr. Thurm uses modern techniques to reduce surgery time and enable you to get back to work the next day, fully able to walk without assistance or foot pain.

Business Owner

Dr. Jonathan Thurm is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric medicine and completed a residency in foot surgery. He has been in private practice since 1989.

Dr. Thurm is a board-​certified diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, the most prestigious board available. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Ambulatory Foot Surgeons and has been invited as a special lecturer on many podiatric topics.
