KG Fare is the affordable high-​end boutique caterer, providing full-​service off-​site catering (food & drinks, staffing, rental, design, event planning) for everything from private house parties to fashion events for 500 to corporate sit-​down dinners and our latest specialty, the «Un-​Wedding» — in both Manhattan and the tri-​state area. We are the «foodies’ caterer» — using the freshest local ingredients from our upstate farms in surprising layers of flavor presented with a flair all our own. We believe food should be fun. You can bite our style!

A few sample events last season: the entire New Yorker Festival, the Caron Renaissance Save A Life Event at 1 Oak, and the «Un-​Wedding of the Century» (according to RUE magazine, May/​June online issue 2011 pgs 136 – 147 and covered by 100 Layer Cake: June 6^th 2011 online).

History

Established in 2008.

KG Fare began with Killy and Griffiths, (Peter and Josh), two friends who refused to listen to their mothers: they play with their food. And their clients seem to love them for it. The KG Fare Family is growing every year.
