At Luzato Medical Group, your comfort and health are important to us. That’s why we are so proud of our smiling and knowledgeable team of New York, NY Urologists.
This place is the absolute worst. Every time I’ve come here they make me sit for over an hour in the waiting room. The staff is very unorganized. The Dr is okay, but if you have your own office it would seem you would have your staff work efficiently to get everyone in and out of the office as soon as possible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, EVER!!!

Dr. Jack Bruder is a wonderful doctor and such a caring and lovely man who makes conversation with his patients and really cares about you — but his receptionists are despicable. While waiting for appointments here multiple times, Here I have heard the word«nigga» referring to a patient on the phone, I’ve heard other patients’ medical issues blurted out loudly so the entire waiting room can clearly hear(obviously an invasion of someone’s privacy!), I’ve heard the sentence«jews and muslims are so fucking stupid how can they dress like that in the summer,» like REALLY disgusting things. You’d think if you are working for a doctor you’d have SOME level of class or professionalism. But no. time after time waiting in this waiting room my jaw would drop at things I heard. Not to mention the last time that I was there I was waiting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours. My appointment was for 5:45pm and I was seen at 7:15pm. I asked a few time when I would be seen and they had no answer for me. Clearly they are an unorganized mess and are terrible at their jobs. At least crack a smile to the patients. At least don’t keep them waiting for 1.5 hours. Jeez. Who knows what possessed Dr. Bruder to hire these women. SMH.

This was my first NYC doctor’s office experience, so I don’t really have anything to compare it to locally, but in comparison to doctors I’ve been to in Texas(and elsewhere) I would say this office is somewhere between 2 and 3 stars. I’ve only been here a handful of times. The office is home to Dr. Jack Bruder. Dr. Marina Royzman is there once a week. Everyone who works in the office has been very friendly — always smiling, but every time I visit, there seems to be a lot of disorganization and confusion amongst the staff. I think if they worked on their communication and managed their time better(having things in order and prepared for each new patient) this could be a 5 star office, but as of now, there is a lot of room for improvement. As for the doctors, I’ve never seen Dr. Bruder, but Dr. Royzman has been great. She took the time to address all of my concerns and was very straightforward with her answers. I have no complaints there.
