M & N Cleaners

I have been going to this place for my laundry since August when I moved next door. I have always felt it was a little over priced but it was convenient so I dealt with it. My laundry never smelt fresh and i didn’t feel it was as clean as it could have been if I did it on my own. This week was the final straw. My favorite jeans that I wear all the time, came back with holes in the crotch, pocket, and the waistband. It looks like some sort of chemical ate through them. Or rats. Either way, I went in and showed the woman what happened, and she said it wasn’t them and she doesn’t know what happened… well they weren’t like this when I dropped them off that’s for sure. She didn’t care whatsoever. I’m so angry. I’m taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

Best cleaners I’ve ever been to they sort my clothes out very neatly I’ve been coming here for several years now. The lady at the counter is extremely friendly and treats her customers with the utmost respect! They also have an awesome delivery guy who’s always on time! I’ll be coming back here for sure

Quick and consistently great. My laundry is always ready when I go in and the woman who works here even has done quick alterations while I wait.

I’ve been going here two years for both dry cleaning and laundry and I have nothing but great things to say. The woman who works here is incredibly nice, they’ve never once been late with my clothes, and everything has come out clean and shiny and new. I absolutely would recommend them to everyone.

Very nice and accommodating. Clothes generally come back smelling clean and are folded and grouped together by type (socks together, t-​shirts together, etc.). Relatively cheap for the area and pretty quick turn around time. If you’re living on/​near 14^th street, this is a good place to bring your laundry.

After almost 2 years of having this be my regular cleaning place (I visit about once a month), I couldn’t recommend them more.

They’ve never lost or broken anything. I like how they sort my socks for me too, and always put towels/​heavy items on the bottom, and undergarments/​socks on top.

I love this place. Live a few blocks away and come in every weekend. The woman remembers my name and has my laundry wash and folded same day. About $ 10.40 for 10 lbs and they give you 20% off dry cleaning as well. I’d definitely recommend it!

If there was a button I could click that said no stars, that’s what I would give M & N Cleaners. They charge more than all the other places in the area and the hours they post on their store fronts are a big lie! I was too lazy to go to my usual place, so I dropped my coat off. I went by there twice at 5:30 on a school night only to find them closed. I called, a week later, and the lady pretended not to speak English when I called her on the early closure. All she could say was sorry. Honestly, I paid $ 7.50 for the (used) coat and dry cleaning, with her discounted rate is $ 12.60. It’s actually cheaper not to go and pick it up.

I just got a pair two pairs of pants tailored. One needed hemming and the other pants were tapered and hemmed. The total cost for this was $ 58!!! That is so outrageous, and she did not go over the prices with me beforehand. To make matters worse, the jeans are in almost unwearable condition and I think are beyond repair. She is going to attempt to fix them, which is one of the only redeeming points of this sad story.

Lived upstairs from this place for 5 years. They did all of my laundry, dry cleaning, and tailoring and I LOVED them. Great service and the nicest people. I miss you, M&N!

Lost my clothes and completely denied it. get a receipt after you drop off your clothes. the lady that runs it is super shady and not nice. the 5 star rating is probably the owner herself who is trying to mitigate all the 1 star reviews.
I used to live south of chinatown and my boyfriend used to go this what seemed to be a very disorganized crazy chinese lady dry cleaner. She didn’t seem like a legit dry cleaner but she would NEVER lose his clothes. what does this say about M&N cleaners!!!
I would advise everybody to stay away.

been going here for ages (cheap!) on the rec of a neighbor. the lady is supernice, efficient, and is always rounding down my bill. never had an issue with drycleaning or wash/​dry. only gripe is that they had this amazing tailor a couple of yrs ago who doesn’t work there anymore.

NEVER GO HERE! They’re cheap for a reason, they lost 5 shirts of mine each worth $ 80. They offered me $ 80 total in return, $ 320 less then the total value of the clothing… The $ 80 would be better spent paying a homeless man to sit outside their shop and advise people not to go in… Stay away
