Do you want to feel ready for the summer and get your beach-​body on? or maybe just feel super fit and happy to be in your skin? Then you absolutely need to check out the power circuit classes put on by this place.
If you’re looking to mix up your work outs and throw a little fun, but hard work into your cardio routine, then I’d definitely recommend trying out this hour long circuit-​like training class — with some fun competitive self-​defense throw down moves thrown in there. With two fun and active instructors, there to watch your moves and keep you motivated, I had a great time breaking a wicked sweat outside in central park, testing the limits of my body and making some new friends all the while.
It’s fun, it’s real and it’s something I look foward to making a part of my weekly routine. Don’t think about it too hard, I say just do it — be a part of it and you’ll feel like a better you afterwards.
